Back To Alaska

For the first time in 6 years, I will be going back to Alaska. Alaska is one of my favorite places in the world, primarily because of all the great hunting and fishing opportunities that are available. This will be my 3rd time going there and my 2nd time fishing with Whalers Cove Lodge. The last time I was there I had an amazing time. The weather was nice for majority of the trip, the food was good, the people were friendly and the fishing was some of the best I've ever experienced. We caught 4 species of Salmon: King(Chinook), Silver(Coho), Chum and Pink, Halibut and I managed to catch 2 Pacific Cod, which was a first for me. When the trip was over my father and I managed to bring home over 500lbs(226kg) of fish fillets. This trip will be shorter than the last so I know we won't bring back that much on this trip. I'm going to try to record this trip and upload it onto my site. I'm also contemplating start a YouTube channel. I keep going back and forth on the decision because I know that most, if not all, of my videos will be demonetized because of YouTube's questionable standards. So I'm sure I won't be able to make money from them for my videos. But then again I can still manage to attract potential sponsors and gather a following. Not sure what I'll end up doing but I'm definitely going to try and record the trip and upload it here at the very least. I leave exactly one month from today and I'm super excited. All of the logistics have been dealt with so the only thing left to do is show up. I may squeeze in a little fishing trip sometime this month just for the heck of it. I need to do something to sedate my excitement for Alaska. Maybe I'll go back to the pier I went to earlier this year. We'll see.
